1. Introductions & Project Overview by D. Carter
2. New Business:
A. The buyer of the former Fifield property (behind the Meeting House consisting of open field and woods plus Fifield historic house) is offering to donate some number of acres to the Town to be used as a public park with a baseball field to be included. This Town park area should be factored in while designing the Meeting House, especially concerning traffic patterns, lighting, landscaping etc.
3. Site Visit: The group then walked over to the Meeting House so that Rebecca Arnold could have a personal tour of the building. We lost our Zoom participants, sorry. It was requested by Rebecca Arnold that engineers will need to see the attic area above the 2nd floor and other areas such as what is above the drop ceiling in the south ground-floor bay in case it, too, is tin ceiling.
4. Next Meeting: TBD 5. Adjourned 5:30 PM
