The Non-resident beach parking lottery will open April 1.
Return the NonResBeachParkingApp 2026 by Monday 5/4/26 to be included.
(Only one entry per household, please)
80 entries will be chosen. Notifications will be sent via email by Wednesday 5/13.
The charge is $65.00 payable by cash or check.
If payment is not received by Thursday 5/21, we will choose another entry for the permit.

Resident beach parking permits will be available Monday 5/4/26.
They will cost $5 each, limit 2 per household.
Permits are required from Memorial weekend to September 30th.

Beach Rules
- Be kind and courteous to the beach attendant and your neighbors.
- Park only in the designated parking places.
- No firearms.
- No glass bottles or containers on the beach or in the grassed area.
- No dogs in the “no dog” area (which includes the grassed/fenced area and corresponding beach and swim area.)
- Dog debris must be removed and disposed of properly.
- All garbage must be removed by users.
- No overnight camping.
