Special Meeting of September 9, 2019
South Hero Town Hall, Monday 6:30 PM
Board Members Present: Jonathan Shaw, Skip Brown (also Board Secretary), David Carter
Board Members Not Present: Sharon Roy, Anne Zolotas
Others Present: Janet Yates, Town Clerk, Martha Taylor-Varney, ZA and Admin. Assistant and Andy MacIlwaine, Attorney
1. Called to Order:
-The meeting was called to order by Chairman Shaw at 6:30 pm.
New Business:
-David Carter made a motion to go into executive session at 6:30 to discuss the Zlotoff tax appeal and other lawsuits with attorney Andy MacIlwaine. The motion was seconded, all in attendance so voted and the motion carried. Executive session ended at 6:55 pm. No action was taken after executive session. The case will continue to proceed though the court process.
Adjournment:
-Skip Brown a motion to adjourn 6:55 pm. The motion was seconded, all in attendance so voted and the motion carried.
