- 6:40-7:15 DRB members and applicants for tonight’s hearing participated in B&E 101 training and each should receive a certificate of completion.
- Members present: Tim Maxham (Chair); Doug Patterson (Vice-Chair); Liza Kilcoyne (standing in for Martha, without the key ); Mike Welch; Ellie Reid (Alternate)
- Public present: Sani Pasagle (sp?) (zoom)
- Applicants present: Joseph Brigante, St. Croix Properties, LLC; Melissa Howes.
- 7:15 – Chair T. Maxham called the meeting to order.
- Changes to Agenda – None
- Public Input – None
- Site Plan Review for Professional Services-St.Croix Properties (23-25-RT334). Chair T. Maxham opened the hearing. Introductions made, warning read, and oath given.
- Applicants indicated there were no changes to the exterior of the building and the site, with the exception of a potential sign change. Exterior lighting will remain on building as shown on the site plan. Normal business will be conducted with two full-time employees and a few occasional professional contractors.
- A motion was made by Welch and 2nd by D. Patterson to accept the site plan as complete. All in favor
- Chair T. Maxham closed the hearing at 7:30
