Call to Order: Meeting was called to order by T. Maxham at 7:22 p.m.

Review of Minutes
- Brown moved to accept the minutes of minutes of July 11th as corrected. The motion was seconded by G. Hunt. The motion passed by acclamation.
Administrator’s Report
The Administrator’s Report was delivered by Martha Taylor-Varney (Zoning Administrator).
No hearing is scheduled for August 8th. The Blue Paddle deliberative will be conducted on August 8th.
The next hearing is scheduled for August 22nd for Conditional Use and Site Plan for Grannie’s Attic.
Adjournment
- Corbin moved to adjourn the business meeting; the motion was seconded by R. Brown and carried by acclaim at 8:55 p.m.
