Phil: Keeler Bay Rec Path “Process of Business”. Phil to lead discussion. Discussed at a prior meeting – the need to have a calendar with key dates, responsibilities of activities, key contacts, vendor names and contact info etc.

Fall soccer: Dylan Soccer practices end next week.
Whites Beach Parking pricing and pass quantities for next summer:
Whites Beach shoreline protection plan – SHLT/Guy if present
Pergola for beach: Carol, potentially good use of the 1% local tax $. More research will be done by Carol. Proposal required.
New ladder for the swing set – Dylan
