Changes to the Agenda: Add approve Harwood Consulting Invoice

4. Old Business:
Construction Meeting: Rebecca A. tasked with scheduling a Construction Meeting with Miles
Jenness-VT Heavy Timber, Russ S., Carl F., John Beaulac-Highway Dept.(site work, Honeymoon
cottage move, parking area etc.). Include: David C., Mary H., Sarah K., Paula Bagger, and Sandy G.
Town: Lead update – KAS has talked with John Beaulac and can expect an analysis for an Action
Plan end of next week (2/20).
Storage Needs: Sue A. follow up with Steve Robinson. Need a very small space for stacked tin tiles
and a dozen smallpoxes with schoolhouse globes.
5. New Business:
Miles contacted Rebecca about the water table and if we want it. Consensus was no..
Miles asked about wood types for structural work. Rebecca A. will check with Engineering Ventures
and get back to him.
Town needs to contact Bob Neeld – Engineering Ventures and have a construction contract for any
visits, consulting during construction on an hourly/visit basis. Tasked to Sue A.
CONSTRUCTION SIGN: Draft #1 was discussed. Sandy G. will make suggested edits and recirculate
for our next meeting. Jenna L. – Preservation Trust Vermont will pay for the sign and VT Heavy
Timber is responsible for putting it up. Suggested location is inside the brick planter in front of the
building. Jenna will get NPS approval and provide the sign.
REMINDER: DRB Site Plan & Change of Use Review is scheduled for Feb 25th at 7:00 PM.
Motion by Sandy G. to approve Harwood Consulting Invoice #317, 2/5/26, $150 for payment by the
Town. Second by David C. Vote was unanimous.
Funding stacks for the various grants to the Town need to be revisited. Tasked to Mary H., Sandy G.,
and Sue A., Mary take lead on this to schedule.
REDI Grant possibility for managing the SAT Grant was not discussed and will be moved to our next
meeting.
