Meeting held April 11, 2022 at 4:30pm via Zoom

Peter Zamore called the zoom meeting to order at 4:30pm
1. Changes/Additions to the Agenda: none
2. Public Comment: none
3. Approval of March 28, 2022 Meeting Minutes:
Bob Krebs made motion to accept minutes as presented, seconded by Bob Buermann. All in attendance so voted and the motion carried.
4. Otter Creek contract update:
Getting proposal quote for archeology assessment consulting firm in order to finish contract application with the state.
Robert Clark presented an initial soils map with rough potential wastewater locations. Net is that there are very few obvious locations near the village areas. More analysis will be done. Robert is developing some rough wastewater flow demands to continue with this initial analysis.
5. Outreach:
Michael Frett from The Islander interviewed Peter Zamore for an upcoming article. Subjects covered include an overview of the project and discussion about the upcoming survey of potential users.

6. Draft Landowner Survey:
Greta sent a sample to committee, note you must fill in to move to next page,
Committee discussed how to distribute to landowners within the So Hero Keeler Bay Village districts. Committee decided to mail cover letter and survey to each landowner requesting them to fill out online or returning a paper copy. A stamped return envelope will be included. Will also include email contacts if anyone has questions.
Greta and Peter will complete the survey for distribution in the next week.
7. General comments:
Peter had a discussion with Charlie Hancock, Montgomery Selectboard chair, about their experience with a similar wastewater study and project. Plan to discuss more details in future meeting.
