2. Motion by Sandy G and Second by Carl F. to go into Executive Session to separately discuss Schedule of Values questions with each Bidder in preparation for possible contract. Vote was unanimous. Invited to join Executive Session as follows: 3:00 – 4:00 PM David Pratt & Mark Manley – Millbrook Building & Remodeling, Inc.. 4:00 – 5:00 PM Miles Jenness – VT Heavy Timber.
