3. Old Business: Sue A. reported the asbestos clean-up will start this coming week.

5. Next Meeting: Opening Schedule of Values: Mon., Sept 22,2025, 1:00 PM and in Executive
Session discuss and determine further questions for the bidders. Goal is to come to agreement on
a bidder to recommend to the Selectboard at a special 5th Monday Meeting Sept 29 at 7:00 PM.
