SOUTH HERO DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD MINUTES June 11, 2025
Members Present: Tim Maxham (Chair); Gareth Hunt; Mike Welch; Liza Kilcoyne; Nate Hayward (via Zoom); Tim Mullen (Alternate).
Others Present: Michele Gammal; Martha Taylor-Varney (ZA).
7:02PM – T. Maxham called the meeting to order.
Changes to the Agenda
There were no changes.
Public Comment
None.
New Business – Mitchel Richardson to discuss Act 250/Town review of 137 Ferry Rd.
Mitchel did not attend. The Board decided that any changes to his previously approved site plan must come back before the Board as an application for an amendment. July 23rd hearing?
Old Business
M. Welch moved to approve the 2025 draft of the DRB Rules of Procedure; L. Kilcoyne second. All in favor. Attending members signed the document.
Review of May 28, 2025 Minutes
G. Hunt moved to approve the minutes of May 28, 2025, with corrections; M. Welch second. All in favor.
Administrator’s Report
- There will be no meeting on June 25, 2025.
- The Zoning Office will be closed from June 25 through July 2.
Adjournment
- Hunt moved to adjourn and enter deliberative; L. Kilcoyne second. All in favor.
