Conservation Commission Special Meeting
Sunday, April 27, 2025, 11 A.M.
at the Landon Trail Parking Area, Landon Rd
Members: Bob Fireovid, Cynthia Kelley, Mark Naud, Kathy Magill
1. Meet at Landon Trail to walk west towards the Lavin parcel and investigate
possible trail locations and connections for recommendation to Recreation
Commission, Planning Commission, South Hero Land Trust, landowners,
residents, and Selectboard.
2. Explore the southern lots of the Lavin parcel subdivision, particularly Lot 8, for
potential new Town Forest designation due to its ecological and conservation
values, and significant development restrictions.
