1. Call to order: 7:10
2. Roll Call: Carol Tremble , Sue Arquin, Jessica Jackson, Marion Palermo, Rosemary Zamore
3. Approve minutes from last meeting: Approved
4. Treasurers report, Jessica. Approved request for $300 for Volley Net. Approved up to $1000 for a new Picnic table at Whites Beach. Motion approved for up to $600 to have the Italian Ice Night next spring. All budget requests must be submitted by December
5. General Business.
a. Recap: TRYathlon, Great success, Tom Martin invited kids from other towns and 25 kids participated. Very well run. Jessica will get his address for reimbursement. Rosemary will send a thank you note.
Bike ride to Plattsburgh. Carol reported that no kids joined. Four women rode into Plattsburgh for lunch.

b. Fall soccer. Dylan has lined up coaches, registration is completed. Practices have started. Are stipends for coaches in the budget? $1700 has been submitted for shirts. Motion approved for $800 left in budget to cover stipends for coaches.
C. Marble run- Lucy Lane to update. Balls cost $1.99 each. Montshire Museum has examples. Could sell them as a fundraiser. She suggested local artisans/construction companies could submit designs. SHRC will calculate costs, locations and submit to Selectboard for funding. All projects must be submitted to the Selectboard for the 1% local tax money.
d. Whites Beach. Approved up to $1000 to replace the rusted metal picnic table. Carol will look into the cost of a pergola. Carol’s family will take in the buoys. Carol will ask Mike Wickendon to take in Anchored Barriers.
Dylan: Volley net at beach needs replacing. Cost $300
e. Basketball, Dylan reported that signups will go out 10/1 or sooner. Teams may need new uniforms
f. Italian Ices Night: Postponed for this year due to an emergency. Approved up to $600 to reschedule for next spring.
g. Pickleball: Folsom has equipment. Phil will contact Folsom Principal Julie Pidgeon and Phys Ed teacher Bryce Currier.
h. Kids Kayak Club – Lucy will look into arranging this for next year.
i. New business Dylan to report on Uniforms. Phil: Town Park, Pickle ball update.
