1. Contract for “Pre-Build Stage” with Arnold & Scangus
• SITE VISIT: David spoke with Rebecca Arnold and a site visit will be setup with A&S, Engineers, Emily, & David. Date to be determined by Emily by the end of September.
• PROJECT KICK-OFF: Open to the public. Pending dates: Oct 5th, 7th, or 8th at 4:00 PM. Emily to confirm which date works.

2. Grant Updates:
• Mary H. reported that she is waiting for A&S to provide cost estimates for the project. Hope to have estimated costs by Jan 1st.
• Mary reported the fund-raising letter is just about ready to go to press. She requested final suggestions by the end of this week. ~ 1,600 pieces will be mailed with remittance envelope included. Total budget (includes postage) is $1,800. Need David’s signature on final letter. All agreed it’s a go!

3. PR – the Islander article was terrific and it was noted there have been remarks about the project as a result of that article. Now we have to keep the project in front of the community. Feel free to post on Front Porch Forum about it, have one-on-one conversations with friends and neighbors etc. Sandy has been at Granny’s Attic for 3 Saturdays with the poster and has gotten positive feedback as well. If you are willing to be at a table at a specific location such as Robinson’s Hardware or McKee’s let Sandy know.

4. Fiscal Agent cost: Still waiting to get what any costs would be to the Town should NRPC need to act as a fiscal agent. Emily to report at next meeting.

5. New Business:
A. Storage of Granny’s Attic inventory on ground floor of MH. A&S requires a 3 foot open aisle around the whole perimeter of the bays so that engineers can see & examine the foundation.
B. Outreach Events will be scheduled after early Oct meeting with A&S.

6. Next Meeting: TBD after the early Oct date is set and will follow that Project Kick-off meeting.

7. Adjourned 4:30 PM
