Members Present: Tim Maxham (Chair); Doug Patteson (Vice-Chair); Tim Mullen (Alternate); Nate Hayward (via Zoom); and Mike Welch (via Zoom).

7:00 PM – T. Maxham called the meeting to order.

There were none.

No public attended.
Continuation of Guerrina Crane Conditional Use/Site Plan review, begun on September 25, 2 024 (#25-10-SR061)
Chair T. Maxham opened the hearing. The hearing opened on September 25, 2024, with testimony given. The Board then recessed to October 9, 2024 at 7PM. The Applicant’s engineer could not complete an updated site plan by October 9, and Mr. Guerrina asked the Zoning Administrator if the continued hearing could be moved to November 13, 2024.
- Welch moved to recess the hearing to November 13, 2024 at 7PM; N. Hayward second. All in favor.
New Business
There was none.
Review of September 25, 2024 Minutes
- Patterson moved to approve the minutes, with corrections; T. Mullen second. All in favor.
Administrator’s Report
- Schedule:
-October 23, 2024 – no meeting
-November 13, 2024 – continue Guerrina CU/SP review; Setback Waiver on Sunset Beach Rd.
-No second meeting in November (Thanksgiving).
-December 11, 2024 – Deliberation
-No second meeting in December (Christmas).
- Martha w ill be attending the VLCT Fall Planning and Zoning seminar at Lake Morey on Thursday, October 17.
