Donald Swartz Waiver Request to expand footprint of seasonal cottage within the lake setback at 30 Idlewild Rd. (21-92-IW030).
The Applicant withdrew the application the evening of the hearing and the hearing was canceled.

There was none.
Review of the Minutes
Nate Hayward moved to accept the minutes of June 23, 2021; Bill Rowe second. All in favor.
Administrator’s Report
Upcoming hearing schedule includes:
July 28, 2021 – 3-lot subdivision/administrative review; 9-lot subdivision sketch plan review.
August 11 – setback waiver review
