Sue Agreed to record minutes and post. Phil to provide Zoom meeting video to
Sue.
Updates from Town Select Board at last meeting – Sue (if any)
Need volunteers. Carol Tremble has expressed interest to re-join the SHRC.
SHRC board needs to vote and submit recommendation to the Select Board.
Town Beach – downed tree at beach, playground damage, and future tree
removal and replanting.
Review of 24/25 budget – Jessica.
Trail updates – Any updates from Guy, grant update. Guy and Dillan on the
project team to coordinate construction. Board walk refurb starting.
Phil to contact Director of Fish and Wildlife might live in South Hero –
meeting regarding Marsh Trail.
Jessica provided a PTO update on playground renovation – they need
someone to lead the project. Funding for Playground renovation.
Guy will see if Vermont Urban Community and Foresty for potential grants
to replace trees that might need to be removed from Whites Beach.
Cheddar App is ready to use.
Swim Program – none for 2024, reimbursement of expenses for out of town
programs.
Ski program – in fall
Trails sub-committee – we still need volunteers for an actual subcommittee. Any
updates from Guy including Grant update. Guy and Dillan on the project team to
coordinate construction.
Learn to sail certificates – Burlington Sailing Center, Phil will check with Library to
see how many are left. Sue will check to see if brochure is still in the office. Phil
sent pdf of Learn to Sail information sheet to Sue.
Yogi Baseball / Softball Registration – Dylan.
Summer Volleyball – started
Try-Athlon – Jessica, participation results.
